Little Lambs
A poem I was inspired to write yesterday after being given these cute little lambs.
Each and every day I pray,
Lord, watch Your little lambs today.
There's not much more that I can do,
Than fully put my trust in You.
I patiently wait for the day of praise,
When You give me Your lambs to raise.
Give me strength, wisdom, and grace,
And in my hugs, may they feel Your embrace.
Each and every day I pray,
Lord, watch Your little lambs today.

That is nice. You must get you poetic talent from me.
Yes, dad it must come from you. Hopefully I am better than my famous poems I wrote in the early years!
I know a guy his name is blouw, he is called the raging cow. He likes to foot around the lake, but afterwards his feet do ache. He has a wetsuit, Eagle's the name, and if he falls it doesn't get the blame, He's my cousin you've guessed by now, his real name is Ron L. Blouw.
I have always liked the early stuff!!!!!
Ella likes the poem. So do I. So very special.
I didn't know fig was a poet. I'd love to hear some of his work.
Nizer, I keeping with the animal theme this is some of my earlier work: "This little pig went to market - This little pig went home - This little pig had roast beef - This little pig had none - This little pig went wee, wee, wee, all the way home." Repeat as needed.
That poem is much better than the silly songs I make up for Joy. (you know, the "Girl Song") if you don't, I'll sing it for you over the phone, call me...
I always enjoyed the letters we got from Stacey when we lived in Colorado, whereas I was always frightened by what I got from Fig.
I would like to hear ross and Stacey "rap" some of the early stuff!
I remember a poem I wrote for Grandpa and Grandma Hopkins. Here are a few lines
Grandparents are like their name they are grand, super, and great.
On Easter it's candy, on Christmas it's presents.
That's all I remember but it was framed for some time at the Summergreen condo. Maybe it's not the quality of work you do though Stacey but I was ten and busy making up cheers.:)
Tami that doesn't even rhyme! Go Saders.
But can't you see the love and emotion that comes through.
That's like saying "he's not that good looking, but he has a nice personality."
Hey Stacey! I just wanted to let you know that Karen Sall might be posting she wanted to keep updated on you, she is that lady that I babysit for for her triplets. I hope that all is going well!
ps. Nice poem, deffintely not poetic talent from fig
Sorry Kenzie,
I had to delete your post because you put my last name on it. We have to keep my last name off for security reasons! I appreciate what you wrote though!
