Love & Snow

Three beautiful girls on Valentine's Day :) They enjoyed learning that XOXOXO meant hugs and kisses!

Grandma & Grandpa H.'s birthday party.

The girls' special day at preschool. I made "Monkey Muffins" (monkey bread) and brought banana chips and chocolate milk. The girls learned about the rainforest that day.

It was the perfect day for making a snowman! This would be the girls first snowman (and I haven't done one in a LONG time either!) I think we built a good-lookin' one! The girls loved picking out stuff to decorate it. They were already worried about when it was going to melt. Sophie informed me it was a girl snowman, and hopefully Daddy would still like it even though he doesn't like girls... ha!

I even dug a snow tunnel in our big snow pile! My arms will be tired tomorrow! The girls had a blast crawling through it!

Airport Field Trip

The Noah's Ark Pre-K got to go on a field trip to the local airport. We learned about the fire/rescue department there, and explore a small commuter airplane! Poor Sophie was sick, so she wasn't there :( She did have a special day with Grandma H. at home though.

Looking at the florescent fire truck

Evie & Olivia get to sit at the wheel

Olivia tries on the helmet - stinkin' cute!

The sprayers on the fire truck were watched in awe!

Inside the private jet :)

The girls got to experience the cockpit! They could hear each other talk in the headphones!

I'm not sure I would ride a plane with these two at the controls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Class photo with pilot Jeff - he was so nice!

Helicopters - because they're cool

Snow Day!

The girls really don't care about the fact school got cancelled - they are too young to really understand. However, they thought it was so cool to see all the snow outside, to see Mr. Jim snowblowing his driveway, and to go play in the deep snow!
This is Sophie

This is Evie

Olivia - who was whining... she whined the whole time, until I sent her inside. Sigh.

I love Evie in this photo - it's her boot up in the air! :)

After we were done outside we made snow ice cream (thank you Kerri) and they thought it was delicious!
