Happy Thanksgiving!
No, the big one is not mine. (Evie & Joy)
A Loving Grandma (Grandnizer)
Olivia woke up Thanksgiving morning having barfed all over in her crib. Her sisters had the stomach flu back on Monday. She waited until the holiday! Brad stayed home with her all day. What a dad! Don't worry, I brought him a plate of food.
This is the day after Thanksgiving. It's called "Black Friday." I call it "Recovery Friday."

The Grand Rapids Santa Parade
As a member of the Grand Rapids Mothers of Twins Club (and triplets) I walked in the GR Santa Parade this morning. It was a chilly morning, but we bundled well. I decided to dress the girls like the Shrek triplets. I was inspired by my Shrek Santa hat I got free with the DVD.
They had fun! Olivia danced to the music of the marching band behind us, Evie started waving back at people on the streets, and we didn't lose any shoes! That was a miracle because Olivia was down to a bare foot at one point!
Gwen came along to help me with the task of getting triplets downtown on time, and well bundled. She looked great in her reindeer antlers. To all single hunting men... she'd be a fine trophy!! He he
Anyway, we were even on T.V. for a few seconds. Yes, our 30 seconds of fame!
Here's a slideshow of the events:

While I Was Shopping...
I got to go on a short weekend shopping trip with my in-laws. While I was gone, Brad took care of the girls by himself. He did fine, except for one incident.
Evie plays peek-a-boo
Sophie sleeps & Brad takes a picture
Oops! While Brad was drying Evie, Olivia who was all ready for bed learned how to climb back in the tub! Brad heard a "sploosh" and crying!
After awhile she got used to it and played. Brad left her in there while he got Sophie ready for bed, so she would stay warm. What a dad!
Evie & Sophie playing together (wrestling). They were giggling, but by the time Brad got the camera ready - they stopped.
This is the same thing, but watch Olivia in the background!
